Build a raised box and cut a hole in it. Cover the surface with astro turf. You can add wedges to bounce the ball off of and also put fun things that you have to drive the ball through like mountains or tunnels.

I will concur with the prior one - and add some details. Think of your putting area as a wall made of 2X4 studs OR as a raised floor since this baby WILL have to hold 200+ pound people.... so, lay out your area with 2X4s on their sides. space them no less than 18 inches apart. Since studs are typically 8 feet long, if you want the hole to be longer, you will need to put in at least one cross stud. Nail each stud to the ends AND every two feet nail in a spacer between each stud to prevent the studs from twisting. It will look somthing like this.
______
|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|
|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|
|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|
|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|
|-|-|-|-|-|-|-|

Now, take plywood and nail it down to the studs and perimeter. Drill your hole & put in your cup. Put on top of the plywood the obstacles, and then cover the plywood & obstacles with your turf material. (I would consider not doing this permanently the first time as you might not like your obstacle course.) Once you like it. Use a construction adhesive or similar glue.

Done

Consideration. How to transport & storage.

Good luck.
