As atheists, we love to create controversy. Controversy is our way of life and it is good for America. Free open debates are what makes our nation advanced and become strong. Just like how Christians enlighten people by spreading the word of god through the bible, Atheists enlighten people with heated controversial debates in order to spread the word of epiphany. So all we are doing is spreading our knowledge and wisdom to you for mutual enlightenment . Sometimes the best paradigms come from arguments that cross the line of accepted social norms.

when I talk ill of Christians in this section, the explanation is in many cases between right here: a million) The Christian purely asked a question this is meant to debase atheists' values, morals, and/or known humanity 2) The Christian asked an relatively, very ignorant question 3) i'm asking approximately some ridiculousness I replace into conscious of in Christianity based on the two a million or 2.

Well, I am an atheist and I do not pick on Christians. I answer sincere questions from Christians sincerely. If the "question" is just a way to spread lies about another religion or belief system, I will call them on it and back it up with facts. I do not see that as picking on them. I see that as educating them.

Atheists can pick on Christians because Atheists have much more philosophical and scientific muscle on their side than Christians.

Christians can pick on Atheists because Christians outnumber Atheists.

Atheist is only capitalized at the beginning of a sentence.

Christians pick on everyone who is not of their specific religious sect, generally. Not all of them do it.

Atheists are really only being oppressed by Christianity, hence the backlash.

Edit: Danger Mouse, sorry you are ignorant. Oppression is opression. Yes, there are varying degress but being oppressed is being oppressed.

Edit again: Danger Mouse. Apparently you don't have a clue about the actual reality. Feel free to email me and I will educate you.

Because if you notice Atheists are in religion and spirituality. Why? Because they are really searching, or why would they always be picking on christians, because they cannot get to many of us. Because we still love them... Peace be still my friends. God loves you even if you still hate Him.

It's so wonderful to be Happy, strong, confident, and enlightened. Praise Be to my God!
