My favorite meat is ALL meat!
Chicken: I prefer "the oysters" - those 2 little pieces of dark meat on either side of the spine! Juicy, tender AND delicious!
A VERY close 2nd is the thigh! One bone, no gristle, moist and delicious!
Pork: I prefer baby back ribs and country style spare ribs.
Beef: I prefer the New York strip sirloin steak -

I love grass fed beef & bison...ostrich, elk & venison : for some reason though I only really like them ground, not in steak form....probably because they are a bit fattier that way! HMMMMM!
