..........other people don't believe in your god? Obviously this question isn't only directed towards Christians.

Now I'm not asking if you're offended if an atheist attacks you saying your god doesn't exist, but are you offended at just their denial of belief?

I'm not offended, believe in whatever you like - worship rock gnomes if you want, it truly has no real affect on my life.

The only time I get offended is when someone else tries to impose their views on me - religiously speaking - and tell me that my views will lead to eternal suffering of some sort.

Not offended at all. I don't expect people to believe in something I can't prove (especially scientifically) to begin with. I accept the fact that people will view things differently than I, and I try to "walk in their shoes", at the very least. I feel I am better off when I try to understand the other persons point of view... at least then I get into less arguments over a concept I can't even begin to explain to someone who has never experienced what I have to begin with.

And, by the way, I don't mind "attacks" either. I am stable enough to accept an attack and admit when I don't know or when I can't explain things. I also know that the general "public" doesn't have control over who and what I am... only I can do that... and I would rather remain as I am than to allow anothers opinion of me to manipulate who I am. =)

My faith does not require universalism nor does it encourage it. You either hear the call or you don't.
The same goes for most pagans paths. I have never heard the Greek Gods, but Hestia very obviously has. I do not doubt their existence, I am simply I aware that I don't belong to them just as Odin has never called to her.
I am not offended if you don't believe in my gods, and I don't want you to. I am offended when I informed what I do and do not worship or believe when someone knows NOTHING Of my faith. When my gods are called evil or false I get a little pissy I admit, but in reality they gods can take care of themselves. The Hebrew god tried his hardest to kill them once and it didn't work. I doubt he'll get the chance again. We learned our lessons. Ignorance is an ugly weapon.
Hail the Gods

How is it an attack to say that you do not believe that a God exists? I am not trying to attack someone when i say this. I am engaging in Debate. I as an atheist am offended though when i am told that i am going to suffer in a Lake of Fire for Eternity.

i don't understand for optimistic I had a born lower back pal who defined that the airborne dirt and mud grew to become into so we'd have a connection to the Earth to which we've been given dominion and that God's ability converted the airborne dirt and mud into human flesh, blood and bone. and if that's what you suspect then greater ability to ya i for my area locate it far greater comforting and awe-inspiring to think of that God formed and molded humanity over the eons utilising the very rules of nature that God itself set in action ensuing in a human race it fairly is greater a grasp crafting than a a6f55312eb9071d6b86cf4a3d54adf3ing magic trick I recommend would you particularly consume something whipped up in 5 minutes or would you particularly a rack of ribs that has sluggish smoked and roasted for days? yet it fairly is in basic terms me. the two way i'd say considering the fact that faith says mendacity is misguided and all that and if God is with regard to the reality and the guy who made the universe and so the guidelines of physics/nature...then in case you have a call between your e book written by skill of adult males and the certainly universe showing it works in a various way...i'd think of faith would stress people to maintain on with the universe which we've not any administration over rather of a e book which could be rewritten so fairly a toddler can do it

A Christian should hate sin and since the denial of God and Jesus is the ultimate sin it does bother me. But I am not offended because they can't help it, they're lost. They are simply blind to the truth.

Not offended, I would see it more as if I am trying to persuade someone that they are ill or a great and avoidable danger is approaching and they refuse to believe me. At the worst, frustrated perhaps

I am not offended that some people don't believe in God, that is their choice, and it doesn't change the truth.

Short answer, no.

Long answer, no, I'm not offended, I'm saddened. It is my hope that all my friends and relatives will be with me in heaven and it saddens me when I hear someone say they don't believe. Because, to me, it means they won't share eternal paradise with me. (I think you're going to find that this is a pretty cliche answer, yet it's still the truth.)

No, not really. The fact that he or she doesn't believe won't anger me, but if that person started insulting Him or blaspheming his name, things would be different. Other than that no problem, conversion must come from within, you just have to hear God's voice, we're all destined to the eternal life.
