Holy spirit informs a Christian that he has been selected to serve in heaven.
(Romans 8:16-17) The spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God’s children. If, then, we are children, we are also heirs: heirs indeed of God, but joint heirs with Christ [to serve as kings and priests in heaven]
(1 John 5:6-8) And the spirit is that which is bearing witness, because the spirit is the truth. For there are three witness bearers, the spirit [which informs the person] and the water [by which the person would have been baptized] and the blood [the emblem used at the Last Supper Memorial], and the three are in agreement.
Note that Jesus and the bible contrasts the "little flock" (who have the heavenly hope) with the "other sheep", the vast majority of whom are gathered chronologically later.
(Luke 12:32) “Have no fear, little flock, because your Father has approved of giving you the kingdom [to administer as kings and priests].
(John 10:16) And I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring, and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd.

At Revelation 14:1.. we told the Number. We also know that they from the Earth because Rev 14:4 says so.
Jesus had mentioned to his 11 Faithful disciples " I make a Covenant with you for a "Kingdom".. Therefore they are Kings as Outlined in Rev 5:10.
Thus the very first ones of that Number started Back in the 1st Century. Today there are Very few left. No one is asked In the Organization whether they are of the Anointed or Not. That is between them and God. Some may wrongly partake of the Memorial emblems because they really do not acknowledge that anointing “depends, not upon the one wishing nor upon the one running, but upon God.” (Romans 9:16) It is not up to the individual to decide that he or she would like to be taken into the new covenant and become a joint heir with Christ in the heavenly Kingdom. Jehovah’s choice is what counts. In ancient Israel, God chose those who would serve as his priests, and he executed Korah for presumptuously seeking the priesthood divinely placed in Aaron’s family.
A very significant point was made by the apostle Paul when he wrote: “Whoever eats the loaf or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will be guilty respecting the body and the blood of the Lord. First let a man approve himself after scrutiny, and thus let him eat of the loaf and drink of the cup. For he that eats and drinks eats and drinks judgment against himself if he does not discern the body.” (1 Corinthians 11:27-29)

The Greek and Hebrew words that are rendered into English as spirit advise wind or breath. Gods spirit sustains all mankind and residing component. with out it we does not exist. as a fashion to a given degree all of us have some component of Gods Spirit. Jesus suggested the the spirit might take transport of as a helper, so can help us understand the Bible, and Jehovah supplies it to all that ask. it relatively is then as much as us to act in a fashion that shows we prefer that spirit to help us ____________ For Blessed JWs are no longer baptised into any agency. Our Baptism is an outward sign that we've committed ourselves to do Gods will and are keen to be recognized as one in each and every of Jehovahs Witnesses and to artwork alongside with the agency

To be straight up, if you were of the anointed, you would know it. I guess it is safe to say you are not of the anointed but of the other sheep, The Great Crowd Gods Word talks about.
Great Crowd, Revelation 7: 9, 10, Refvelation does not say of them, (Great Crowd) as it does of the 144,000, that they are bought from the earth to be with Christ on heavenly Mount Zion. Rev. 14: 1-3.
Yes they can be disfellowshiped and they are no longer of the anointed. The organization does not judge, there is only one judge.

--WELL THE APPLICATION of this text is the main way:
(Romans 8:15-17) “. . .For YOU did not receive a spirit of slavery causing fear again, but YOU received a spirit of adoption as sons, by which spirit we cry out: “Abba, Father!” 16 The spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 If, then, we are children, we are also heirs: heirs indeed of God, but joint heirs with Christ, provided we suffer together that we may also be glorified together.”
--THUS IT IS being convinced by the holy spirits assurance of the heavenly hope, especially with no desire to live on the paradise earth!
--The understanding of ones calling has been compared to knowing we either are male or female, with that type of assurance--NOT AN emotional desire to sway any of us! Or because we are fed up with the wickedness on the earth!
--THERE ARE about 6.5 million JWS who do not have that hope and make it clear by not partaking of the bread & wine in the celebration of the memorial of Christs death!
--THE TOTAL NUMBER for the attendance at the memorial earth wide was about 16 million , AND YET, only 8, 000 partook, after hearing the clear information about the earthly calling and the heavenly one!
****PLEASE KEEP in mind that no one is excluded in the count of those partaking, it is simply a count made with no censoring of any individual not known to the local congregation!
--WORLD WIDE ONLY 8,000 profess to be of the heavenly "little flock"
--MY wife & I are 2 of the 6.5 million who have never had any desire to go to heaven, & even before I was a witness , found the idea to be silly!

ATTENTION....
THIS JUST IN!
...biblical archaeologists report finding 1st century papyrus manuscript on the island of Patmos which contains fragments of Revelation 7:4! Contents have been scrutinized and confirmed by worlds leading scholars and translators. This is apparently an original penned by a disciple of John himself, this uncorrupted text reflects the true rendering of John's blessed vision! Here is an excerpt just translated from the original greek..."...I heard the number of them that were signed, an hundred and fourty four BILLION"... (Thats right, BILLION!)... so, 12 BILLION from every tribe will be in heaven! Thats correct!
We of the Watchtower are proven right that there must be no hell or eternal punishment...there simply isn't enough people to even fill heaven yet, as this text clearly indicates.
Ever thought there's WAY too much emphasis on on such a weightless passage? Hmmm
and NO...it shouldn't amaze anyone if something like this would surface in JW circles

Jehovah is the Great Communicator. In the Psalms, he describes himself as the Creator of human eyes and ears. Throughout the Scriptures, the great God Jehovah has demonstrated his ability to communicate with men and women in a variety of ways. At times God spoke to men while they slept, in a dream, evidently so profound so as to leave an unforgettable impression upon the mind of the dreamer. Other occasions God caused persons to fall into trances where they saw visions and spoke with God in that altered state of mind. At other times Jehovah simply spoke from the heavens.
And, of course, on numerous instances materialized angelic messengers spoke face to face with men with Jehovah's direction. But, interestingly, like on the occasion when Christ was executed, some of those who actually heard the voice of God mistakenly imagined that it had thundered. In any case, Jehovah has the intelligence and power to communicate with individuals secretly or to speak with masses of people in awe-inspiring displays.
In the case of the anointing, Jehovah speaks to such ones very subtly, over time, but in ways that they eventually realize that Jehovah is communicating with them, calling them into a special relationship. They do not hear any sort of audible words, but they are simply brought to an awareness, a realization. Paul explained it, saying that "the spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God's children." So, by means of God's spirit, he creates within each born-again anointed person an awareness of a special father-son relationship that the Father initiates.
As for the actual number of anointed persons, Revelation the 7th chapter and 14th chapter both mention that number of 144,000 as applying only to those who are to be joined with Christ in heaven.

God's Spirit communicates with their Spirit, so they know beyond a doubt if they are anointed or not. The Elders would meet with such a person and question them, and determine if they are valid or not. But basically God makes it known to the person.

According to the JWs, they just know in their hearts and only they can know. No one can take that away from them.
Their special status with the Lord is nothing special to the JW Organization, tho. Anointed ones will still be disfellowshipped in a skinny minute if they speak against the Organization. Funny, I wonder if the Organization disfellowships them, does that revoke their being chosen by God?
I'd hate to be the Judicial Committee on Judgement Day.
