I have a five month old Siames. Her fur has always been sleek and smooth. I have noticed past two weeks now her fur on her back is ruffled (like when a cat is sick or something).
She did suffer an inner ear infection, got cleared up.
Anyway, would anyone know what is going on with her fur?
Would appreciate any advise or opions. Thank you very much.
God Bless.

When the fur is as such it does mean the animal is unwell and not feeling good.
Example: with pets rats, that's also the 1st sign of illness.
Your can needs to see a vet.
Is she eating okay? Or is appetite sluggish?
Is she under different atmosphere changes? Like heating conditions?
For a young cat her fur condition shouldn't be like that.

Brush the cat daily and you will find nicer fur and less shed in house. But sounds like cat may need to see a vet just in case, I would because I love my Taffe.

Maybe she has ticks or fleas. You should give her a bath but watch out for the ears

Simple! Take her to a Vet. There are too many skin diseases to try and guess without seeing the cat.
