Well I am sorry that I can not look at the pic's but it sounds like exama, nothing wrong you can use hydrocortizone 1% cream and this will help to relive the itch and this will also help to clear what ever it is, also clean it with warm water and soap two times a day to keep dirt and bacteria off of it that will make it worse,

I just found out that I have Psoriasis. Guttate Psoriasis to be exact. Mine look exactly like your pictures and they are mostly on my face, neck, arms and legs. I noticed them after they had been there about 3 weeks, just like you. I would go to a dermatologist just to be sure. Mine did a biopsy on one of them on the back of my neck and that's how I knew what it was. Unfortunately there don't seem to be many effective treatments for it. I have been told that they aren't cured but merely controlled. I asked about that injection Embrel, but my doctor said that I'm not a good candidate for that type of treatment but I'm not sure why. I think its because the Embrel is for Plaque Psoriasis. I have an appointment with a new doctor next week.
Definitely go to a doctor right away. Good Luck!

Believe it or not it could just be heat rash. My daughter gets a rash in the same places and the doctor has told me its just heat rash. I would still see a doctor and DONT scratch it , scratching might feel good but only causes more irritation.

Do you consume anything acidic? Almost looks like a rash from a food related allergy.....

Otherwise you should see a doctor.

Do you think it might be scabies? Does it itch particularly bad at night?

Or, have you been aroung a dog with mange? Mange is a type of scabies that can get on humans too.
