I love your colors. I would choose a very, very light turquoise or a soft creamy color (with no yellow in it), like sand.

Cream, tan, beige, something low key and neutral. Try a few different finishes as well. If the brown and blue are very bright and shiny, a more muted wall finish, like eggshell, might work better. Maybe even a light blue, the turquoise color just tuned down a lot.

I take it you have brown furniture with turquoise accessories.
Best colour would be to match the turquoise paint and add a third white to it and that would do nicely for the walls.
It has to be a lighter colour than the two medium based colours you already have.

pick a buttery color, I have painted alot of rooms and you should paint the ceiling in a slightly darker butter cream color to make the room look larger and the walls a little lighter.. use a velvet sheen on the walls and flat on the ceiling
