I got a question for mormons because I'm curious about this...I saw some documentary on Mormonism that said that Mormons believe God was Jesus' physical father, and that he came down to Earth from Kolob to sex up Mary and give her a baby boy.

This fleshy god-man impregnated a 13 year old girl...is this correct?

Nope. Not exactly.

True. Heavenly Father is the father of Christ's physical body.

HOW He did it, tho, was just as much a mystery (IMHO) to Mary as it is to us, because she had to be overshadowed by the Holy Ghost at the time. That's where most Christians think that it was the Holy Ghost who made her pregnant.

False. He came down to earth from Kolob....

Kolob is not a planet, it's the STAR closest to where God is.

Was this "The Godmakers"? If so, that story you heard is right out of Ed Decker's gutter mind.

This is the fourth time this has been asked in a few days or so, once again, this is a Journal of Discourse teaching, not doctirne, this bookw as woritten by a prophet, it alledges that God was amrried to mary before she came to earth, and therefore when the holy ghost came over her, God and Mary consimated the marriage, this sounds incestious, so the mormons don't proclaim it as true doctrine.

No. We do not believe that God had sex with Mary. We don't know how Mary became pregnant, but we do know and TEACH that she was a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus. Since she was a virgin there is no way that she had sex. Your "documentary" was not factual. I think this program you saw was one that was put together by anti's who happen to make a lot of money from sharing their lies about us. Sorry, you have been duped by unethical people who twist and take out of context things that may or may not have been said.

No. We claim no such thing. There has never been a human that knows how Mary was impregnated. Mormons don't claim to know. Of course, like all other religions, you will find some that may try to speculate.

I said it before, I'll say it again. I don't think it's anyone's business but Mary's and God's.

WOW they believe that? How stupid is that! God preaches against that- he wouldn't do it himself. He can make miracles happen he didn't have to have sex with her he could have just snapped his fingers and bam she's pregnant! If he created the earth then I'm sure he could make a girl pregnant without any physical contact!

Whether he was fleshy or not, i think the thing is that he was impregnating people. She wasn't married to him. Wouldn't that make her an adulterer and so she would have to be killed? Why is god allowed to do that and not us? hypocrite..
