How do you set your PC to download your Windows to your external hard disk or your thumb drive?

If you can't do it with Windows, can you over write Microsoft's restriction to it? After all, it is your computer.

do you mean install windows on external harddrive?
not going to happen, microsoft make sure you can't do it with windows
linux can
