Ahh I knwo what you mean. My puppy did the same and boy was I tired. Try playing with him a bit, throw him the ball or play some tug a war. Once you think he's had enough play time give him a little to eat. My puppy usually went straight to bed when she had a full tummy!

Oh and if he still doesnt wanna sleep! Then try and lay next to him and pretend to go to sleep urself haha thats what I did a few time and it worked! Hope I helped!

gives him some toys, lightly wrap an alarm clock so he can hear the ticking and put it in with him.don't keep letting him out it is teaching him when he cries he gets what he wants.thinkof the puppy as a human baby and the way u would deal with a child.turn off lights, or cover the kennal with an old sheet or something but leave 1 side open for air.may wanna toss in a puppy bone/treat,but no watter or u will end up with a messy kennal and a crying puppy again. good luck it takes time

I was recently shown a technique to help calm down dogs. I have a hyper Jack Russell Terrier that is 9 months old. Sit the dog down with you and start massaging it all over with your hands. The dog should begin to calm down. Its kind of like giving a massage to a person but not that hard, with it being a puppy. It might work. You also can try just putting the dog where it cant see anything and where you can't hear it and put a blanket over the kennel so it can not see anything. Also placing your dog away from the other could help with the situation.

Mine was hyper too. The only way to calm her was to keep playing until she got tired and slept for a couple of hours. Then it would start all over again... but puppies can be very active. Try a toy with treats inside it. I used it when she was ready to go again and I was still recovering... It worked wonders :-)

put him in his kennel with his toys even if he cries if your dog is old he needs his rest, the puppy will get over being in his kennel and just start playing you cnt give in to easy and let him out after like 10mins coz he´ll never shut up coz he knows ull give in. i no u feel sorry for leaving him and i would to but if its that hard do it, its not gonna hurt him just think of him as a child having a sulk coz its time for his bed, you wudnt give in then (well u shudnt) if he still moaning in 40mins let him have a lil run. hope this helps. btw i work with animals and this has worked so please dnt think im being cruel be telling you to leave him there for a while. good luck

Being a puppy no matter how long you leave him by himself, he will probably cry... the whole night! A nice meaty bone should keep him busy!!! The only other suggestion i have is to wear him out... a long walk or run... but if its late that may not be an option!

I commonly provide my canine a bath a minimum of once a month, nonetheless if this is mandatory they receives one quicker. For shampoo i in my opinion use an anti parasite shampoo as well as one which keeps their pores and skin healthful. I also brush them once per week, even both with short hair only to get any loose undercoat out. And as far as clipping the nails, i'd pass to the vet first and ask them to reveal you procedures to do it. this is worry-free to describe yet perfect in case you actual see it performed first hand by utilizing a experienced professional. ideas you all 3 of my canine are larger, one has lengthy hair and the different 2 have short. diverse stuff, as far as bathing and combing a minimum of, relies upon on the size and sort of canine.

put him in his kennel somewhere in the house so that he can't see or hear you. out of sight, out of hearing, then out of mind. shut him up in the bathroom for 10 minutes so he can calm down, then calmly put him in his kennel in a room where you're not immediately noticeable to him. if he whines, then let him whine for ten to fifteen minutes. if he stops after about that long then he only whines because he wants attention or he thinks that whining gets him let loose. if he continues whining after 30 minutes, then it's because he's lonely, but if you let him out, then the house will never calm down, and as tough love as it seems, just leave him there. he'll learn that being alone is bad, and he'll learn that whining doesn't do any good.

Well, you have to make a decision. Listen to 5 minutes of whining until he settles down in his crate, or stay up until the wee hours until the dog is exhausted.
