i was trying to find a web site that i could look up formal prisonars and their charges on bu came up empty handed!!! I was wondering if anyone could help me out here cuz i met someone that im not to sure about

Why would you think that the information should be available to you? If they served their time, they are the same as everyone else. Information is private and thats probably why you could not find it.

What prison is he from? You can call the prison. Also go to the state law enforcement acgency, they have the records.
Sensible means well but 90% of criminals once released will commit another crime in 6 month of being released. Never date an Excon, they are a waste of time and could be a nightmare.

Data protection act will not let you get the info you want. However, if you suspect something aint right then stay the hell away. Alternatively, try asking friends who may know him, BUT be aware everything you hear may not be true, although you should sit up and take notice.......Also be aware, that offenders rarely only offend once do they......you could be his next victim.....
