is the palisades mall in west nyack ny a simon mall center?

I don't think it's a Simon mall but I can tell you it's the best mall I've ever been to. That place is huge. It has bars, arcades, a ferris wheel, and a bowling alley.

Take a PATH train to 33rd street. Take the uptown N/Q/R to Times Square. Transfer to the shuttle and take that to Grand Central. From there, take a Metro-North Hudson line train to Tarrytown. Follow the signs to the Tappan Zee Express bus (a coach bus). That will take you to the mall. This sounds like a long trip but it won't take more than an hour and a half. The option mentioned by the previous poster is more expensive than this option.

Doesn't appear to be. It's not on the Simon site, and the Palisades' site doesn't say anything about who owns them.
