I've been using the Neutrogena home microdermabrasion kit on my face for about five weeks and noticed, about a week ago, that I have these tiny bumps on my jawline and forehead now. They aren't red or painful- just bothersome to feel and see up close. Anyone have experience with this? Should I discontinue using it? I really like the results I get using it, otherwise.

Its not rosacea- the bumps are not red and my skin is not irritated.

Wait for 3 days. If the bumps don't go away, then you should stop using the product. They are usually signs of allergic reactions or irritations, but if the disappear by themselves, then you can continue using the product.
hope this helps.

Save your money & see a dermatologist. Retin-A can help even skin tone & minimize light acne scars by stimulating collagen production. Home chemical peels & microdermabrasion kits are good for exfoliation but I think you'll get better results by seeing doctor.

I would stop using it. I've never experienced that and I have been using home microdermabrasion kits for a couple of years now.

Stop using the kit - you shouldn't get those bumps. They are a sign of irritation.

You might have mild rosacea. Information about rosacea: http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/tc/Rosacea-Topic-Overview
