ok im 13 and i and 5'8 and weigh 290. i take cold lunch to school almost every day. which is consisting of salami, munster cheese, and musturd on whole wheat bread,, the little snack size pringles and a pudding OR a hundred calorie pack..something like that..and water to drink...i play catch at lunch and i am walking alot from class to class..i cant join a sports team or jion a gym or anything like that soo...ok well how can i get to 150lbs by end of july , its october now.. PLEASE HELP IM DESPERATE!!

i mostly want to lose weight off my thighs, calfs, and stomach and underarms..i also want to gain muscle mass ...i want kinda a six pack....i also ride dirtbikes and is that helping me lose weight? ok well thanks alot!

1] you need 3 servings daily of lean protein - meat, poultry, fish, egg, bean and cheese - NO cold cuts or hot dogs .

4] three servings of veg, including one of raw veg or salad
Take one to school!
5] two servings fruit - berries and melons have the most nutrition
6] look up the nutrition value of everything you eat, and adjust diet !
example for lunch: tuna with light mayo on low cal whole wheat, raw carrots or cukes or grape tomatoes [ or fruit ], and a low cal pudding cup [ or low fat yogurt ].You fill your body's nutrition requirements, have a delicious lunch, and get full too.

c] take a multivitamin with minerals every day.

Do some form of aerobic activity - must increase heart rate, and sweat! for 30 to 45 minutes [ as you improve stamina ] six days a week. Walk 2- 3 miles, dance, swim, bike, hike, do an exercise tape. Good for overall weight loss, stamina, and toning from waist down.
e] defined muscles take exercise - do 3 sets each of ten reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches every day. Progress to light weights [ cans condensed soup, then chunky, etc. ] These kind of exercises will define arm, chest, and back, abdominal muscles.
Walking from class to class does not burn very many calories, and riding a dirt bike almost none. [ sorry ].
Housework such as scrubbing bathrooms, vacuuming or mopping, mowing lawns, raking leaves all burn calories [ and earn points with mom ].
