The little e thingy is the symbol for the Euro the common currency of most of Europe. To find out what it is worth today go to currency exchange site. you can type in you number and it will give you your answer.
But Currency is a tradeable commodity, so it can fluctuate form day to day. But I thin the exchange rate is getting close to 2 to 1, so 2,350,000 Euroa would be a little less that 4,700,000 Dollars

the little e thing is a euro, french used to use francs until they swiched to euros, i believe they are pretty close to a dollar so i would guess thats close to 2 million american dollars.
