Look under the tail. The girls are going to have a vertical slit under the anus. The boys have a single hole, kind of like a dot under the anus.
Your babies are too young for the males to have had their testicles drop yet.

Would a sketch help? Here is a link to a drawing that may help you figure out which are girls and which are boys.
Basically, the females openings will be closer together and look like an upside down exclamation point '!'. The males openings will be a little further apart to make room for the testicles and look like a colon ':'. The testicles won't be visible for another couple weeks.
Good Luck and enjoy the kittens!

We got a 6 week old kitten and thought it was female since there was nothing there then took it to the vets awhile later and learned it was a boy. Things don't start progressing for a short time later for a male cat ...maybe around 3 months so you might not know until then.

You are going to have to compare and find two that are different. Males have a greater distance between the anus and urinary opening. Females have a shorter distance. At 5 weeks, you can feel small testicles on the ones that you think are male, and express the penis to be sure. As they get a little bigger, the testicles will be more obvious.
"Swan"...Males AND females have nipples...kinda like in humans, and dogs.
"Lora"..You CAN feel testicles on 5 week old kittens. They descend before 5 weeks on most boys. They are small, but they are there. I sex kittens most every day at the shelter I work at. We neuter 8 week old kittens.

If you have four, there's probably kittens of both sex, which will make it easier as you can compare them. Girls will have what looks like an upside down exclamation mark (!), and boys' looks like a colon (:), because there will be a gap where his testicles will grow. You can also squeeze the the urinary opening gently, and if it's a boy, you'll see the tip of it's penis appear.

lol. you're looking for a male package right? that won't be ther for quite a while. try this way. k, you know the anus right under the tail, yes? ok, if that's the only opening back there, then it's male. if there's another one just under it, then it's a girl. if that doesn't help, then you can go by coloring, but it isn't a hundred percent accurate, and it's only specific colors. if they're solid orange tabby, then most likely male. if it's calico, then most likely female. hope this helps, lol.

Under the tail, males have two dots with a small space inbetween. Females have a dot and a slit.
