I am 20 years old and have had atheletes foot on my right foot since I was 18 ..... Someone told me use Boric Acid .... any feedback is appreciate thank you.

Yes you can. In very low concentrations of boric acid you can use it to treat fungal & bacterial infections. Though I wouldnt recommend it, mostly because boric acid is a poison. My grandma used to use it to kill Cockroaches.

apart from burning the feet off yourself boric acid is used (as a concentrate)for preservation purposes.
therefore using this will keep the sores on your feet open thus
severe discomfort and open sores on your feet.
there are many good powders out there for such problems
one would suggest you consult your pharmacist.

in no way heard of the boric acid...does not positioned something with the observe "acid" around the attention area...in basic terms positioned a washcloth in water in the microwave for 30 sec to one million min reckoning on the microwave and use as a compress as commonly as obtainable

No, that's never a good idea, you shouldn't try anything before consulting with your doctor.

I suggest you talk to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you a topical ointment to relieve your athlete's foot, and in the future put some gold bond powder into your shoes and on your feet before and after running/whatever you do...
