Oh sweetie !! That's a pretty c*rap way to be feeling ......... I can relate really well to your symptoms cos I've had exactly the same symptoms .......................... try taking a multi B complex supplement including all the B vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, as they work best together.

Deficiency in B12 will create symptoms such as headaches and migraines, nausea and vomiting, fatigue and exhaustion, depression, dizzy spells, loss of balance, inability to concentrate, moodiness and irritability, head and hand sweats, chest pains and heart palpitations, and tingling and numbing and prickling sensations in the outer extremities!! Quite ghastly actually if you don't realise the vitamin connection.

Or........... eat more foods rich in this vitamin - organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks, cheese, fish and eggs..................

As the B complex is a water soluble group of vitamins our bodies can neither store or produce them so we need to ingest them on a daily basis or suffer a myriad of consequences as you are. it's no small matter when it comes to this group of vitamins, particularly as when we are under any sort of added stress these are the first ones that will be used up quick smart.

Try and follow my advice and you'll be right pleased you did!!

GOOD LUCK

****edit**** Also, being a teenager you'd be going through a growth spurts at the moment .......... so please try to pay extra attention to a healthy diet and go out and get some fresh air and sunshine (Vit D) and play with your buddys ............ have some fun too!!

First of all, you need to eat because not eating is definitely going to cause all your symptoms to be worse. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and even if it is a light meal, you need to eat. Secondly, a certain amount of emotional distress is normal for someone your age, but you are sounding more severe...so if you can, look up the crisis center and call them. They should help you over the phone. It is sometimes easier than going to someone in person. You are not alone, and things are much better when you do get outside and get fresh air and sunshine. Do not stay in bed, do not stay in the house. Force yourself to at least get the mail or sit on the porch, whatever gets you doing something. Watch funny movies and tv shows, talk to friends about happy things, not depression. Go to the Humane Society and you can just visit the animals and play with them. If you cannot do these things on your own, write a letter to your parents or your school counselor and hand it to them if you are not comfortable talking. People do care about you, and you can get better. Life is short, so enjoy every day. You deserve to be carefree and happy!!!!!!!

You could possibly have something more severe than just anxiety and depression, it sounds like you might possibly have manic-depressive disorder, also known as Bipolar disorder.

Please go in to see a psychiatrist and have him evaluate you, if necessary ask him to prescribe an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor), and anti-depressant that can make your life a little easier. Do not let him prescribe tricyclic antidepressants, as they have severe side effects, and a higher OD risk.

Oh, and the SSRI will also balance out your brain chemistry (specifically the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine), so you won't have any more migraines.

I'm sorry you're feeling like that, and hope you will feel better once you get on the proper meds.

i am feeling the same exact way. i think its because i am schizophrenic, or some form of that, maybe schizo affective. anyway my goal is to get some anti-psychotic medication and knock all this crap from my system, depression anxiety. think about it. the higher up u get in terms of mental illness the stronger and more effective the medication is. in that sense which is really the truth these symptoms dont stand a chance to that. yo so email me if u want, well talk about some real ways to fight this. none of this prolonged weak medication and therapy, some hardcore medication thatll change our ****** up brain chemistry and let us live. im being dead serious about this. im 20 and a college student and i had a nervous breakdown from all those same feelings and its happening again. all these stupid anti depressent watever meds dont do nothing. we need anti-psychotic meds. ill do some research. contact me. well talk about it. Later.

I am sure it is a burden to bear such feelings alone without talking to anyone. Why don't you tell you parents? They love you and want the best for you. Maybe going to a psychologist or psychiatrist will be hopeful to you. You can suggest that to your mom and dad. Talking to someone whether it be your parents or a psychiatrist will take a huge weight off your shoulders.

Please talk to someone. If you can't talk to your family, can you talk to a neighbor? You can always go to the hospital.

If you take walks, exercise, that will help you sleep, and be sure to take some omega-3 fish oil, or eat fish, and it will help, but not overnight.

Purified fish oil products work like an antidepressant, but you need to take enough, and take a good product, not the cheap stuff.

If you're on Remeron, stop taking it. That stuff has nasty side effects. Try Effexor or maybe Prozac/Zoloft type stuff.

Hang in there.
