Something that you prayed for or something that happened that could only have been a miracle. Many people will deny that you had a miracle, but don't let your feelings be hurt. One person's miracle is another's hope.

the miracle of God saving me from my sins, forgiving me, loving me, becoming my savior, and bestfriend..

that is the greatest, but other than that, i know that God performs miracles we sometimes do not acknowledge or realize, be thankful even for the little things, not everything has to be a "big" miracle..

Only people that believe in miracles will ever receive them!

I have experienced numerous miracles, as have my children. My youngest son is serving in the Army in Iraq currently. About a month ago, an IED (roadside bomb) was detonated on the rear of the vehicle in front of the one my son was driving—it was fragments of stuff exploding and flying all over, and dust and dirt like being in a tornado. He told me he saw his life flash before his eyes for a few moments.

Amazingly enough, not one person was hurt in that attack—and that just does not happen. When he shared the experience with me, I said, "Oh, so you experienced a miracle?" His reply was, "That would be correct."

Raising 3 kids as a single parent I experienced miracle after miracle. Just when I would get down to my last dollar, I would open the mailbox to find a check or money from someone. Something would break at home, like the air conditioner, and within five minutes a friend would stop by and be able to repair it for me.

Believe in miracles, not santa claus! Miracles come to those who are aware. Blessings!

Bailing Wire,
I nearly died when I was in High School from not taking care of my diabetes and I ended up in a coma. The Near-death experience that happened as a result and the days that I spent in the Critical Care area gave me the knowledge that there is a GOD. I spent many years in between searching and reading but was led to Christianity by an older couple. My wife and I have been married 32 years but we became Christians about twenty years ago. I believe that I am so fortunate that they came and spent the weeks studying with us. Have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks,
Eds

Yes I do think that sometimes in my life when I am having it so hard that I even feel like what is this life worth then it is those times when God will come to me and pull me through whatever it is. Now God's time is not on my own time. Sometimes I want to scream at God and say why do they have it so easy wehn I am having it so difficult. But I know that thier is a reason for this to. God is preparing me and other people like me for the hard times that are ahead of us. When we have everything that we wish for then we become like spoiled children. We don't think we have to answer to anyone or we get lost in situation that are only meant to lead us far from our maker. /everyone in this world, no matter who they are has had it hard or been through trying times. These times is when we can learn and grow. Now does anyone see it this way? Probally not. Because when we go through hard times then we wonder, if we are human, we do wonder if God is so powerfull and can do anything then why in the heck are we having it so hard down here on this earth? God is a mystery sometimes. It seems that when we think that he is not going to help us in our tribulations then this is when we see Gos act upon helping us. Yes I went to the hospital one night with a goodfriend that was having a asmatic attack. When I left the hospital it was really late. Problaly around 3 0r 4. I got outside and the roads where coated with a thin layer of ice. I was not a experienced driver on ice at all. But I went on and decided that I could make it home. Very few people where on the road. But as I was going up a hill. I started to lose control of the Bronco with me and my Baby in the vehickel when she was little. I had no control over the vehickle. I have told this tory to many people through out the years and it is the truth. A big simi was right beside me going up the heal as well. I was blocked in. And my vehickel was going out od control. I knew that I had to dso something but what? I wondered. I just started to pray to God and ask him to help me. That vehickle strantened right up and went on up the hill we was on. I don't think without God's help that we would be here today. I just know that. Never will forget that night. Thank you Jesus in front of many people, thank you for helping me that night. I hope that all is well with you and God Bless you to. There has been other things as well but I can't talk about it on this Board. So it is true God does intervene. And thank God for that to because without him , I might not be alive today to tell this tory. thanks and have a good day! Jesus is very mercifull and not fast to judge anyone. So sorry about the spelling. Spell check didn't work again.

A lot of wonderful things have happened to me during my life, but they weren't "miracles" caused by a "higher power".

We go out in the world and take our chances
Fate is just the weight of circumstances
That's the way that lady luck dances
Roll the bones

So many, in fact, that there are too many to list. One I've been sharing is at the following link. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoZ0wBVr4XNtde3d1ncgmdrty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071004132403AALSNUK&show=7#profile-info-x87bU2Kwaa

I just can't post that story again, I fear I'm boring everyone here. Aside from the one at the link, there is the time when I was a 17 year-old runaway, stuck in Dallas after dark, and in the wrong part of town. How can I explain hearing a voice call my name, and turning to see a friendly face, someone I knew from New Mexico? What are the chances that we would meet in such a large city? It goes beyond coincidence.

Just this year, I allowed my kids to skip school, to accompany me to my rheumatologist appointment in Pittsburgh. That just happened to be the day their school bus wrecked, the seats in which they would have been sitting the only ones destroyed.

My life is full of such uncanny moments, of which these are only a few.

I was born. Meeting my wife. Having a loving family. So far, these are the greatest miracles granted by God in my life.

Yes. Due to medical problems, I was told while I was a teenager that I'd never be able to conceive and have children of my own. I'm now 27 years old, married, have 2 wonderful adopted kids, and found out last week that I am pregnant.

I didn't pray for this specifically, but I can't help but feel that its a blessing for my husband and me.

It relies upon on precisely what you recommend by skill of "miracle". in case you recommend something unbelievable, then of direction. sarcastically, unbelievable activities are extraordinarily probable. on an identical time as each and every guy or woman obtainable unbelievable journey is unbelievable, that something unbelievable will take place is, in many common contexts, almost specific. as an occasion, in case you change one million,000 money and checklist the outcomes, however consequences you get, the possibilities against having gotten those suitable consequences are under one in one with 3 hundred zeroes after it. in case you recommend something we can't clarify, however, of direction. Our wisdom of the guidelines of the universe and our wisdom of the state of the universe is limited. there'll continually be issues we can't clarify precise now and perchance some issues we can in no way clarify, if for no different reason than that the counsel necessary to describe them grew to become into not stated and would not be. in case you recommend something that violates all rules of the universe, common and unknown, then no. If something happens, the guidelines of the universe must be such that it could take place. Ahh, by skill of miracle you recommend "something that could in basic terms take place by skill of god's ability". nicely, of course, atheists don't think in god, so they won't be able to have faith that such issues take place or have got here approximately. i'm curious however, how would you ever prepare or reveal that something can "in basic terms take place by skill of god's ability"? Oddly, you your self do not look to think of miracles can take place. as an occasion, the only occasion you provide of a miracle is an incurable affliction being cured. nicely, of course, an incurable affliction can't be cured -- that's what "incurable" skill. So a "miracle" of that type is a logical impossibility. (If god is speculated to be waiting to do the impossible, it in the present day follows that god's existence is likewise impossible.)

Though I have been witness to the miraculous, in both physical and emotional healings,as well other diverse and unexplainable phenomenon...one of the most mind warping was receiving a dime, that appeared in my hand after having prayed for the coin....the smallest gifts are sometimes the coolest.
