if it wasn't a rex would you still take it? remember, you're not just getting a rex, you're getting a cat. something that has to eat have have vet visits and that might not get along well with your established pets. is it worth it to you to pay all the bills that come with a 'free' pet, along with any world war 3, 4, and 5's that could occur? if you think it will disrupt your current pets to the point that you'll have to get rid of it anyway, then don't take it. if you're willing to put up with all of that, then i say go for it, lol.

If you can keep your dog and 2 cats from laughing I say go ahead, otherwise the poor kitty will have a complex. lol

As long as you have enough money to take care of it, I would say go ahead! They are supposed to be very affectionate cats.
