exposed military record?

Question

I have a girl, or had a girl until her bastard of a father told her I had 3 article 15 in the army...he is a major

I'm retire now...I don't know how he found out of it but I'm sure he should have not...also telling everyone about what I did and embarasing me..

can I do anything?

Not to seem rude, but who cares if you have Article 15's. I would just man up and accept the fact that he knows. It's part of you and your history... drive on.

I know quite a few people who have Article 15's and have carried on with flying colors.

First off, after your retirement your records were xfered to a non army area, where files are kept forever, and when they get there, they become open to the public. Only classified materials will be kept that way, the rest is open to all to read...

And to the guy saying she kissed a.s with 3 Art 15's...ROFL 3 isn't sh.t... FYI, I had 6 while in...Yup, I'm a bad boy....It's called as.holes for command, and love to toss the UCMJ around alot, and some units just don't like guys who get drunk and break a door...Or get a speeding ticket off post....or get drunk and in a brawl with 30 other guys from several units including my own....or a sunburn....or loose a piece of equipement, which in the end wasn't your fault, but somebody had to replace it and take the heat...Or write a bad check, even though it was taken care of, get nailed for it...

You see, some of us, even though we were the sh.t in our unit, cuz of this, we stepped on the wrong peepz toes, caused those peepz to come after you constantly to stagnate you from the fast track...Ever hear of a guy making Cpl in 5 months from the time he joined, and be offered Ranger school in his 6month in service? I did, and a few thought that wasn't fair, so my speeding ticket made the blotter, and the HMFIC decided I would be a good example to others, and so on....Sometimes it's just the HMFIC's way to prove a point... Our unit had so many guys get UCMJ'd it was pitiful..the HMFIC was a smollege edumacated d.ck who used the UCMJ as his bible...no wonder some body tried to kill the MF 1 field exercise and again in Panama...Hehe...So, don't ASSUME anything...just makes you look stupid...

Being an NCO in the army, I dont think you can do anything about it. Being in the army at one point it doesnt matter how about you cover something up someone is going to know about it. It suxs but its true. Tell her that you have moved on, and it was a tough situation that you were in and you learned from all three situations. Crap happens and move on.... you did your time.

Why don't you explain to her just what an article 15 is????
It's non judicial company punishment, for cryin' out loud.
It's not like you conspired to blow up Fort Jackson.
And if you had a pair of balls, you;'d ask him, to his face, how he got this info, where he got it from, what the info is. You're retired, so what is a big, bad major going to do to you? Are you such a wimp you're afraid?
