Help me find the song!!!!!!?

I heard the song on Christian radio and I have heard it sung in a church which is in another country. The song goes like this ,,,this is my body, broken for you ...... . It was sung during holy communion. Its also sung by a man.

Sorry, that line is used in alot of songs. Are any of these correct?
