I get the itch every friday. The problem is I make too much money for my age (I still live at home) and i live 20 minutes from atlantic city. Ive been every weekend this summer and fall so far and I spend 300 dollars when I go Somtimes I win but overall Im down alot. What should I do?

First, if you're still living at home, put aside a reasonable amount of "rent" money into a savings account (or better yet, an IRA). The whole point of living with your parents or roommates is to save money. So save it.
If you're gambling $300 a week and ....
Are you current on your bills?
If not, you have a gambling problem and need help.
Do you have credit card debt, or debts of any kind?
If so, you should abstain from gambling for two weeks, and put the $300 gambling money as extra payments for debt relief. If you can't do that, you have a problem.

You need to grow up and move out of your parents house. $300 per week would get you a mortgage on a nice place. Perhaps once you have a mortgage and responsibilities, you will have less time to go waste your money in Atlantic City.
If you are over 21 and still living at home, you are a loser. Unless there are some unusual mitigating circumstances.

You don't mention your age, but if it is under 21 you have no business being in a casino. If you are living at home, are you paying rent? If not, you should be. Maybe that would take care of the "I make too much money for my age" problem.

If it's money you can afford to loose then you don't have a problem. If you can't afford to loose the money, then I would quit. Do you feel out of control? If you feel out of control I would quit also.

only bring a max. of $25.00 to gamble with. also bring a friend who wont be gambling to keep you under control
