It is the gases that the vegetables, fruit and meat you eat give off while they are fermenting in your intestines. Sometimes there is methane in the mix of gas, and that causes a bad smell. Sounds gross, doesn't it?

Depends, do you drive electric?

If you mean that your intestines are releasing gas, then, yep, methane.

If this is an odd, going green, question, then you're all about CNG (methane again, who knew?), so you wouldn't pass it unless you're on a bicycle or electric mobile.
