Change the day, turn the day into an adventure. Look at each day as a new day, a new adventure, another chance. I try to come up with some new adventure or experience that will make my day different then the ones before.

Why don't you seek some counselling. it appears you are depressed and in need of some extra help. I have suvived chronic fatigue syndrome with no support from my partner at all, when my children were young. I just had to cope, cause no one else cared. Just take one day at a time and work on areas of your life that need fixing.
