Since last Christmas my mother and my grandmother have not been on speaking terms, now that the holidays are approching I dont know what to do!!! my moms like my best friend and my grandma is my grandmother im so stressed im the oldest of the grandkids so im trying to keep the peace in the family help please!

Take it from the oldest in His family "STOP TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUE'S YOU DID NOT CAUSE". They are not your fault or your responsibility. You are causing yourself undo stress that is affecting your life. If you don't stop it may affect your health.
People need to solve there own problems. Family tries to get other members to take there side. It makes them feel better. Stay out of it. If your mom complains about your Grandmother tell her the best way to resolve it is to talk to her about it directly. If your Grandmother complains about your mom tell her the same.
Its the only way to achieve peace.

Well I can relate to your problem. My grandmother and mother are speaking I had tried to keep peace and then I gave in and told them that it was there problem not mine and if they were going to drag me into it its there fault if I turned out like them and not talked to my mother when I grow up. You should go with your heart.

Spend Christmas Eve with one and Christmas Day with the other if it is feasible. Just because they don't like each other doesn't mean they have to face each other and you can love them both and give them both undivided attention. If they are further in distance, then spend closer to New Year's with the other one.
