You should always get a girls number by asking her unless she tells you to get it from someone else. That way you know that she wants you to call her. If you get her number from someone else and call her she could become very upset and not speak to you at all.

It's better to ask her. Personally, I'd be annoyed if someone were to call me without me giving them my number, especially since people shouldn't be giving out my number in the first place.
Plus, it's impressive to find a man that can gather up the courage to actually ask.

Definitely her.
Getting her number from a third party could cause all sorts of unfortold catastrophes. She could end up getting mad at them for giving you the number + she could end up being weirded out and feeling like you were a stalker and that you were too afraid to go to her.

Its always best to ask the person because that way you can show them they are intrested & you don't have to wait for someone else to ask her if its ok if they give you her number.

If she is your friend then it's best you ask her for it. But if you don't talk to her alot then get to know her first be like a freind to her then ask her for her number.

ASK HER, not someone else. Maybe she won't want you to have her number. Not trying to be mean by that. But if you get it from someone else then she might get upset.
