No. The league owns all media right and the organizations that paid for the right to use all visual or audible descriptions of the event also have the rights to access to them professionally. As the disclaimer in each game broadcast says, "This broadcast is the copyrighted property of (insert league) and may not be excerpted, copied or rebroadcast without the written permission of ( )".
