Why protest???

Are you saying something is wrong with trying to prevent attacks on innocent civilians? We KNOW something is wrong with planning them... or harboring those who do plan them.

... The Bible affirms the actions, NOT the protests.

Romans 13:3 If you do what is right, you won’t need to be afraid of your rulers. But watch out if you do what is wrong! You don’t want to be afraid of those in authority, do you? Then do what is right. The one in authority will praise you. 4 He serves God and will do you good. But if you do wrong, watch out! The ruler doesn’t carry a sword for no reason at all. He serves God. And God is carrying out his anger through him. The ruler punishes anyone who does wrong. (NIrV)

To the young woman who said, 'The US does not torture,' may I gently ask her, Where on earth have you been? Are you literate, do you read, do you hear, do you see? My stars! Child, the US, and not for the first time (Native Americans, African Americans, in the Philippines, in Vietnam, and now in Iraq, is swimming in blood. (Please dont bore me with any of that Love it or leave it, or If you dont like it here, leave. My blood kin crossed the pond in 1760, fought in the Revolution, served in early sessions of Congress, helped to settle the southern mountains when the Cherokee were still burning white people alive. I do not need to wave a flag to prove how American I am.)

Your question, as all questions are that come from those who hate the US Government, is flawed. The US does not torture. If you want to see torture,,,look to the Muslims who use beheading. Now that is the extreme form of torture...you are looking at the wrong Government to accuse of torture. You better hope that if you end up as a POW that is is America and not some other country that has you.

What the hell do you know about torture? Have ever read the depositions by the Jews who lived in Hitler's concentration camps or what the Gestapo did to captured agents at Gestapo Headquarters in Paris (11 Rue de Saussaies). Makes so-called American torturers look like pussycats.
