How you will react if today somebody claims to be the latest (and last) messenger of God, in the lineage of Adam, Abraham, Jesus and Mohamed. Claims that Jews, Christians and Muslims all have fallen off the correct path. Calls his religion "The (God's) way", calls the followers as "Goples (short forGod's people). Claims that every body from Adam till date including Abraham, Jesus and Mohamed has been "Gople", practiced "the way". Claims that this earth has been given by lord to the followers of "the way" only. Others have full freedom to revert to "the way" or stick to their separate belief as second class citizens. Claims that all are borne Goples but they are corrupted by other worldly forces into false religions. And ask for every body to return to "the way". OR ELSE ..... Sounds familiar ? Then comment please.

Yes ninn09262, the question is not laid out in plain language as I do not want 'sensationalists' to jump on finding an opportunity to attack a religion who has done it last. I was drawing your attention to the "farce" created by power mongers, which we start following as religion.

sure you can. That is how religions change. As a matter of fact, the story of Adam was taken from Egyptian myth. Atum was the egyptian character.

Yes...it does sound familiar. As in any major religion that has evolved on the earth.

I don't really understand your question...the only doctrine I can guess at is Mormon. But that may be only because that is the one I am currently studying.

I still believe that we all, as humans, worship the same God...so whatever doctrine we follow doesn't really matter in the long term.

If my religious leader claimed to be latest prophet of God....I'm really not sure I could follow that without a revelation from God to my own person.

Sounds like a universal faith that comes from one source.

Would actually make sense if we really believe there is one GOD from the beginning.
