I got a flu shot this morning?

And I have the normal soreness in my left arm (where I got it) but after about 20 minutes I also got a really bad headache, and have just been really tired since then. Also, I've noticed, that along with my left arm, my left leg and left side of my face are sore as well. Should I be concerned?

Nope. Its all in your head. Flu shots are dead virus and incapable of making you sick.
