ok, so i heard that there was a law in some country to keep a kid in diapers untill at least age 8. is there such a law??

That is crazy, if they are old enough to change it all by themselves, and do a pretty good job, than they are old enough to go with out. An 8 yr old should be using a toilet, exclusively.

I doubt it. Most schools will not accept kids unless potty trained unless they are in Special ED classes.
