i am changing my abs pump on my jeep i was wondering how to bleed the brakes for that i heard u have to do it a different way if any body know please help

with the chrysler drb III scan tool. all the valves and pump must be actuated after normal bleeding, and then bled again. the hydraulic control unit has build, hold, and decay valves that cannot get fluid into them until the solenoids let fluid in. if you bleed it without a scanner it may not stop unitl you do.

Obtain a cheap pressure bleed kit .It will make the process easier.
