If your question is asking what items to send in a care package to our military troops abroad, then I have e few suggestions....

FOOD:
beef jerky, slim jims
small packs of mints like tic tacs
small pre-packaged snack sized crackers or cookies (you can get a 12 pack for under $5.00 most places)

Non-food items:
stationary set and pens
current magazines (no nudity though for obvious reasons)
trial size lotion, shampoo

I am not sure what you are asking for. Plus, are you doing this to support the troops or their families? Why are you doing it and what do you mean by 'ideas for donations?". I suggest you clarify your question a little bit more in order to get the answers you are looking for. Good luck.
