I really think he will come over with an AK-47 or 9mm rifle this month .. I have a 30.06 and a few handguns incase ... but seriously do not wish to have any contact and told him if he comes over i will have him cited for tresspass ..... thats no good man.
best to find him first and bust him up with a bat. no sh!t, if he comes to you then you are on the defensive, you need to stay on the offensive. perhaps becoming a low life isnt in you, but if the outside world cant help you then you have to weigh up the risks and finish this.

how about telling him you have cancer. perhaps he will laugh his way to hell but leave you alone thinking he has won the ultimate lottery of life and you havent.

you really have to think outside the square on this one.

If he is military report it to the service that he is a member of by contacting the security police of the nearest military base and they will assist you. All of them take a dim view of overly aggressive behavior and the breaking of civilian laws of any kind and the standards of behavior for military members-even if off duty- are more stringent. You also need to start a dialog with your own local police and make them aware of the situation and an order of protection is not a bad idea. While it won't physically protect you it does put him in a worse situation legally if he does violate it and does something stupid. It also gives the police a little more leeway in how aggressive they can be in the situation and maintaining law and order and helping to protect you. Write down a list of all the things with dates and what happened and who if anyone was also present when any of this happened and keep a copy handy. Also document any future problems so that you have all this ready when the time comes if you need it.

Very simple, make a police report, keep a firearm at the ready, and avoid him as much as possible. Don't give him a reason to attack you. Police will not protect you if he decides to bash in your door with an AK-47. A guy in my house was reported to police for making death threats to people. They came over to interview him. The next week, he killed a guy in his sleep, slitting his throat. So don't rely on the police. Keep guns handy at all times and think about finding a new place to live. I know it sucks to move, but what's worse, moving or having to fear for your life all the time (and your family's if you have one)?

Make a report to the local police and or sheriff dept.
Give them "Every" piece of info possible.
That way they won't be in the dark about this trouble maker.
If they have some background about this situation they can give you some advise and keep their eye out for this guy.

This is your brother. If ypu can't have a non-violent relationship then cease all contact, ie: legally binding restraining order.
