Hmm, I used to get ear infections all the time, too. But now that I'm eating extremely healthy, I never get sick.
Well, I know that this sugar substitute called "xylitol" is probably the best ever at helping respiratory/tooth/ear problems. That's if you care for a natural alternative. And also the xylitol will most likely stop ear infections from coming back.
An unnatural alternative ear drop would be any over-the-counter ear drop. They all work decently enough.
Here's the link about xylitol: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylitol#Ear_and_upper_respiratory_infections
here's a product:

The gum will definitely help. Xylitol is also the natural sweetener I use.
Thank you for reading.

i've got had this problem countless situations. i exploit eardrops to sparkling the problem, yet maximum these days they did not type it out. After 10 days, I went and had my ears syringed. This is composed of having heat water pumped gently into the ear to break down the wax. It feels somewhat strange yet is thoroughly painless, so if the problem persists you are able to evaluate that.

A couple of wads of cotton wool soaked in warm olive oil works but you have to do it in the morning (hence a non-work day) or you get a nasty mess on your pillow. Failing that do the common sense thing and go to the doctor and have them syringed.

don't use q-tips? cotton buds..
wax is supposed to come out in lumps by itself. horrid i know, but if u use things u stick in ur ears , ur maybe doing damage to the hairs in your ears that fall out as you get older.
do you wear headphones? try not to have them up loud also.

If the problem starts when you enter your workplace, only, no amount of home remedies is going to cure it. The problem is the workplace, not your ears.

Earcalm, get it at most chemists. don't always need a syringe, it clears blocks as well as a mild infection control
