I want it to be really romantic, something that go's good with a wine. I'd like it to be something no one's ever made him or maybe he's had it, but not like this.

I just made for my boyfriend the otherday chicken and penne pasta in a garlic alfredo sauce.
Its super easy. At the grocery store in the freezer section buy grilled chicken breasts that are already cut into bite sized pieces or strips. cook as directly on the package.
then buy a package of alfredo sauce. all you do is add milk and butter and heat over the stove til it thickens. Then make the pasta as directed on the box. when everything is cooked, just mix it all together. its delish. My boyfriend really loves pasta dishes and this is one of his fav's. Goes really well with a blush wine, candelight and some nice relaxing mellow music.

bon appetite & good luck!

i would do a breaded chicken along with fettucine or a creamy white sauce pasta. you could spread rose petals onto a white tablecloth and put white candles in the middle. dim the lights and put on some classy music and he'll love it! make sure that the space around you is clean and that no one interrupts you though. that would totally ruin it. also pair that with a red wine and you're set.

disregard answer #1, men don't like fish and asparagus.
if you want it to be romantic, you don't want to be running around sweating and cooking and smelling up the house.
if you insist on wine, get a decent cabernet or pinot, then serve him his favorite - pizza.
wear something nice. you want his concentration on you, not food.
