1) The rhetoric of Mexico's President Calderon reinforces the mindset of the illegals. Every time he spouts off declaring the US is unfair, has no right to inhibit Mexicans in the US, and that where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico, he is practically declaring war on the US.
(Let's make that an official declaration. See how fast he backs down.)
2) The majority of the US citizens want illegal aliens deported, and the border secured. Therefore, the majority of US citizens would not hesitate to support the actions of the US, including the military to fulfill our wishes. Such action would be effective.
(See how they run when an area in the US cracks down. Fleeing Oklahoma, Georgia, Irving, TX for example.)
3) I believe the survey is strong evidence that many in the Senate and House that are supporting benefits and amnesty for illegals and a porous border are facing losses in their next re-election bid.

I would dismiss it out of hand but being we have such a illegal immigration problem we need to make it a felony to be in this country illegally. I do think the Mexican government has not only encouraged these beliefs, but are giving the illegals the maps to cross and they are colonizing one illegal at a time, aided and abetted by the Mexican government, La Raze, and the ACLU

I bet if every American left the southwestern states, and we destroyed the infrastructure that WE built there, and then redrew the border so that those States belonged to Mexico...they'd STILL be sneaking into New York, Michigan, Ohio and Alaska, which are about as far from Mexico as a State can get!

Astucias is right people. And here's a bit more of my own answer with regards to the question.
It means that they believe that the Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty either never existed, Or was misrepresented when it was signed.
Lots of links in these searches regarding this Treaty. Each of us must decide of which is right or wrong regarding it within our own hearts, and minds.
I believe that the US gave them 15 Million Dollars for the lands, and an additional 3.25 Million Dollars to cover Mexico's Debts. And now that these places are rich in development, and booming economically, Mexico wants it back.
Sorry Mexico, and the people there of Mexico. Americans made this land and country flourish. The cost of getting it all back comes with a great price tag. But it is NOT for SALE. And you just can't take it either. Mexico, It's either purchase it back at great expense to you, which isn't going to happen I'm afraid.
Or like the American Veteran said on television in Reno, NV, when he took out from under the Mexico flag flying above our American Flag. "I will not let this happen to my country. If somebody wants this Flag they are going to have to be men about it, and fight me for it. But I want somebody to fight me for it."

This means we better get started on that fence. All of you out there who are for illegal immigration, what do you think about this? The Southwest of the U.S. belongs to the U.S., but not according to Mexico. Do you need permission? HOW does the Southwest belong to MEXICO? I don't understand the logic.

There is an organization called the Nation of Aztlan which
wants to annex the southwestern states to Mexico .
I am a liberal Democrat ,and I believe that we should
not regard organizations such as the Nation of Aztlan as
insignificant .Unless the U.S. reduces illegal immigration
and builds effective border fences ,half of our land will
belong to Mexico very soon .

Having a company do a poll that has an agenda for the outcome, is like a fox guarding the henhouse.
I hope it isn't true because it will show that the majority of Americans are mean spirited and selfish. How sad.
Our Nation has always been known as "The Melting Pot." It would nice if people realized that welcoming foreigners is part of our heritage, "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, longing to be free."
Think about it. Immigrants come here so they can work. That is one of our values. They are escaping horrible economic conditions, dictatorships and war. We should welcome them and give them succor, rather than persecuting them. Jesus preached love and kindness and he was including everyone. We should all behave so well.

It means we read the same information. I just received that info in my mail today here in Mexico.
If America wants to maintain their borders, they should get busy NOW because this is very serious stuff. To all those that think this is a joke or something, wake up, cause your dreaming.

If this poll is truly authentic and not trying to stir race relations, then the Mexican nationals that believe this are wrong. The war was fought generations ago. This is the United States. They just can't take back anything.

there is not any requirement in Scripture to have faith that the only God is "3 coequal, coeternal, consubstantional persons" with a view to be saved. That Jesus is divine is obvious from verses like Colossians 2:19 ("For in him dwelleth each and every of the fulness of the Godhead actual."), one million Timothy 3:sixteen ("God grew to become into take place in the flesh"), and Revelation one million:8, 11 and 22:13 with Isaiah 40 4:6 (Jesus stated, "i'm Alpha and Omega, the commencing up and the ending, saith the Lord, it fairly is, and which grew to become into, and it fairly is to come again, the Almighty" and "i'm Alpha and Omega, the 1st and the final"; Jehovah stated, "i'm the 1st, and that i'm the final; and beside me there is not any God.") the problem with maximum coaching on the deity of Jesus Christ is that persons interpret it in the direction of the "lens" of Trinitarianism. All of those Scriptures prepare the deity of Christ; however, none of them prepare the trinity. unlike guy, God is everywhere-present day, all-understanding, and all-valuable; subsequently, he's in a position to maintain a divine existence and a definite human existence and yet nonetheless stay indivisibly and truthfully One (Deuteronomy 4:6). "With adult males it incredibly is impossible; yet with God all issues are obtainable" (Matthew 19:26). To sum it up, God the daddy is the only actual God (John 17:one million, 3), and Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is God the daddy, the only actual God, take place in the flesh (one million Timothy 3:sixteen). To further expound in this factor, the Holy Spirit isn't yet another "guy or woman" in an alleged "trinity," yet particularly is the Spirit of God the daddy, the only actual God (Matthew 10:20). The Spirit of God is not greater a definite "guy or woman" than is the spirit of guy.
