Great Question,
Without going into a lot of "Theology"Let me simply say
God is all good
The devil is all evil
For this reason the goodness and justification of God demands forgivness.
The devil is and has chosen not to accept His Love.
He hast eternally rejected it.
My freind it is not unlike you and I, we have a choice to accept or reject Gods love and forgivness.
Go forward.

What's to say he hasn't?
It's not a matter of God being willing to forgive anybody, but that forgiveness is moot if the other party isn't willing to accept it.
If I smack somebody for the heck of it and I think it's ok, it doesn't really affect me whether or not he/she forgives me. I believe that God has offered forgiveness to everyone, probably including the devil, but, if the devil doesn't feel like he needs or wants forgiveness, then it doesn't work out does it? If I feel like what I did was right, does the other party forgiving me remedy the situation? No, because in order for forgiveness to be accepted, I have to first accept I'm wrong.

What? If God forgave the devil then how would that affect other people?
I wish he did forgive the devil and merge the two kingdoms. that way you could visit Heaven when you wanted but then enjoy all the things in Hell. It would be like a super Heavenly-Mullet.
Business in th front and party in the back.

That's the thing about the bible, its the only fictional story that never gets a good ending. Who would have thought that Darth Vader would have turned back to the good side of the force? I think a good rewrite of the OT is needed. In this day and age you can't just have an entirely evil antagonist. He needs a reason, an outlet and a chance of redemption. Besides, from what I've read, God is hardly a protagonist is he?

i actually don't know
it says in the Bible that God sent Satan to Hell, and i don't think he will forgive him even though God says in the Bible that He will forgive all man kind. Humans hav bodies so that makes us hav physical bodies. the Holy Spirit and Satan don't hav physical bodies, so they hav to hav to take the form of other creatures with physical bodies. God said that he will forgive us with physical bodies and since Satan doesn't hav a physical body, and he is the worst thing alive in the world that i don't think God will ever forgive him.
besides, if God did forgive Satan, people would think He's an idiot to forgive sutch a wicked person.
i hope that answers ur question.
Praise the Lord!
God is good.

well now, you know that ain't gonna happen. one has the seal, and the other has the mark, So if you receive the mark then GOD doesn't want anything to do with you. so saying that, do you really think for one minute that GOD is going to forgive satan . NOT!

First, this will never happen. Second, IF God did forgive satan, then there would be no more sin in the world, and everything would be perfect, the way He intended it to be.

One situation: If the bible replaced into the e book of the devil then, how come the bible states the thank you to be good in existence. until eventually the devil is sweet and god is undesirable, your thought isn't clever.

There is nothing to forgive. Satan and God are good partners. God can not exist without Satan.
