It depends on what kind of medication you're talking about. If you are considering purchasing a prescription med online without a prescription...that is a questionable, or worse case scenario, illegal activity. You won't have much recourse to a sour transaction.
My mother, however, buys a generic over-the-counter omeprazole (Prilosec) and it costs much, much less. The generic works great and we have not had one bit of trouble with the quality of the drug, packaging or shipment.
