Jewish lineage is, and has always been, traced through the mother. Jesus was the son of Mary, who was of the House of David, so being "of the seed of David" doesn't make Joseph His biological father. As for DNA, God created all DNA, so He could give Jesus, or anyone else for that matter, whatever DNA He wanted to.

The Bible does not claim that Jesus is Joseph's biological son. Mary is descended from David, therefore he is of David's seed. The Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, not Joseph.

The bible doesn't say that Josesph was Joseph' biological son. Mary was also of the house of David and in case you didn't know family inheritance in the Jewish community is traditionally alone the line of the mother. Its a matriarchal inheritance.

The Son of God became fully human by the unfathomable power of the Holy Spirit and the `Fiat`of the Virgin Mary, Joseph was chosen by God to be the protecter of Jesus and Mary because of his humble heart.
The key to all things in God is indeed humility and the more humble the person the more they can believe.

1FROM PAUL, a bond servant of Jesus Christ (the Messiah) called to be an apostle, (a special messenger) set apart to [preach] the Gospel (good news) of and from God,

2Which He promised in advance [long ago] through His prophets in the sacred Scriptures--

3[The Gospel] regarding His Son, Who as to the flesh (His human nature) was descended from David,

4And [as to His divine nature] according to the Spirit of holiness was openly [a]designated the Son of God in power [in a striking, triumphant and miraculous manner] by His resurrection from the dead, even Jesus Christ our Lord (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

Uh,

You really really really need to read your bible.

The lineage to David was traced through the mother, not the father. Such lineage was customary for the Jews of the time. Mary is the descendant of King David.

Please, read your history, your bible, and a basic anthropology book.

"seed of David" means descended from David.

Mary was a descendant of David, as was Joseph.
