All you dates are confusing.
you won in 2006 means you won DV2008. OK?
you have to enter before US before March 2008 means you have a six month period visa to first entr to the USA.
The Visa give you freedom to travel to and from USA.
So go back to your Local US Embassy and tell them about your request. They are the best people for you to help.
If ask people, they will say your MBA can wait for some more time when compare to Getting this LPR.

You gave different dates in different parts of your question. I think you should speak to uscis about this, or an attorney. Usually you can leave for up to 6 months after you have your PR (or a year if you file IN ADVANCE for advance parole), but since you are just getting it, there may be different restrictions.

To the other person, this is the diversity lottery, available to those from countries where we get less than 50,000 people per year (there is a list). You can find out about it, or enter it (since it just opened for the year) through the state department web page.

It relies upon what u . s . you're from. the country which you're from could have a take care of the U. S., the place yuo do no longer ought to have a visa to pass to the country for as much as six months. If the immigration officer stamped your component for the 10th of July, you may stay till the 10th of July, yet you may no longer artwork previous the 6th of March till you get a artwork enable.

I'm sorry I do not have an answer to your question, but I am interested as to why you used the term "WON" when you say you received a Green Card?
Please contact me and let me know. Is it like winning a lottery?
Is there chance involved, or did you have to do something to earn it?
