How small is "very small"? Is there room for you to work? Is there enough storage - cupboard space, counter space, etc? Is there room for more than 1-2 people there? How many will you have living in the house?

Is it possible to open up a wall or otherwise renovate in order to make it bigger? (These last 2 questions need an answer from someone who's qualified to give one. If you're not sure if you are qualified to do so, you're probably not)

There's a lot of houses on the market right now, and they're not moving fast. If you're not sure about this one, it doesn't hurt to keep looking.

Does it matter to you? If not then you are good to go. If you plan to do a lot of cooking or if you want to have more than one person cooking at one time, then you may want a larger kitchen.

Obviously it does not matter to the previous owners.

Will you have enough room to work? Will you have enough storage? These are questions you need to look at. Adding storage and more space to work will be expensive to add.
