i have small mouth & lips on thinner side ..not pouty
their shape is not bad though
upper lip is much thinner compared to lower lip.
& they tend to lie flat on my mouth
am considering getting implants..something permanent..not really infavour of permanent injections. to improve their definition.
has anyone tried permanent lipstick? how do you like it?
do you think it will look poutier?
what do you suggest?

If you are referring to cosmetic lip tattooing, I am a well known expert at that. The most important thing to consider for enlarging your lips with tattooing is how the borders of your natural lip is. If defined at all, it will look fake.
Remember, lipstick is often reflective, frosted, etc. so adding dimension looks okay.....but tattooing of the lips is very matte looking and "going outside the lines" can often look very fake.
Also, not a lot of people in this industry do a really good job at lips - you have to go to someone with a LOT of experience and you have to feel incredibly comfortable with their skills.

Why don't you try Venom, the plumping lipstick to make your lips pouty instead of permanent lip implants?
Did you see Jessica Simpson's lip implants? It looks horrible.
