try to make at least 1300 calories a day. The average body needs apx. 2000 calories a day to function normally.
detoxs are used to clean out your system so they are good if you do not do them to often.
try at the most once every couple months

very, very unhealthy.
starving the body like that wreaks havoc on blood lipid levels increasing the risk for cardiovascular disease. it is impossible to get all of the daily nutrients in such a limited selection of foods and quantity so with out a doubt you have many nutrient deficiencies. depending on how long you follow this lifestyle these types of nutrient deficiencies may not be apparent for years down the road and the effects are irreversible once the health starts to fail.

Cereal is great for breakfast , other meals you could try cous cous , that fills you up and maybe some fruit smoothies.
Dont starve yourself as this may make your body hold on to fat as it is not getting what it needs.
Its important to eat and keep up your metabolism.
Hope this helps

you will want to eat a number of calories equal to your basal metabolic rate...this is how many calories you would burn in a day if you did nothing all day...so if you eat an amount of calories equal to your basal metabolic rate you will NOT gain weight

as long as you eat when you're hungry...and don't eat when you're not hungry...you'll maintain your body weight. upset that balance in either direction and in the long run you will be fatter.
hope that helps
*cheers*
