Well believe it or not, masturbation is a real thing. If you don't believe it's an acceptable thing to do, well that's your opinion and it would be wrong to tell you that your opinion is wrong. Weather you like it or not, you are going to keep having these thoughts. It doesn't make you a failure, being a chritian you understand that even though God has made us in his image, we are imperfect. we are all sinners, and he understands that. You can not control these thoughts, they are completely normal urges; BUT what you can do is not act on them. If you feel masturbation is wrong, then just don't masturbate. You can't be at fault for committing a sin just for having the thought cross your mind. Now you might say that I'm wrong, some of the commandments talk not just about actions, but simply thoughts like being jelous and wanting your neighbors property, wife, etc. Well, those are sins because they harbor inherent ill will. Jelousy breeds hatred, simply having sexual fantasies, albeit mildly frustrating, doesn't actually break any rules or cause any harm. Personally, I see nothing wrong with masturbation, but I'm not gonna tell you that your faith is wrong.

Flue (sic) killed more people in the early 20th Century than died in the First World War. If you are able to get out of bed, use a keyboard and type a question in Yahoo Answers, then you do not have any serious form of influenza virus. Stop skiving, get on with your life. If the worst thing that happens to you this year is a blocked nose you are lucky.

Fill a bowl with hot water, stick a towel over your head and inhale the steam for about 5/10 minutes, this will help to clear your blocked noise. If you have any aromatherapy oils, use either eucalyptus, lavender or black pepper oild in the water. Black pepper oil is great for clearing out the sinuses and any mucus in nose, throat and lungs.
Try using eucalpytus or olbas oil on your pillow or on a handerchief on your pillow, this will help you to breathe easier through the night. Use lavender oil on top of your quilt/cover as this will help you to a more restful sleep.
A hot drink with ginger in is also good for clearing sinuses and mucas and will help to get rid of the cold/flu a bit quicker, as will garlic or pure orange juice (for the vit c boost)

If youve an off licence near you, or your local pub that might sell you a double measure....get some WOODS RUM.
Go home, get into your jarmies, put a big fluffy dressing gown and some warm fluffy slippers on (WITH bedsox if you have them) Boil (mug of) some milk, add the rum, coupla Tspoons honey, Stir.
Retire to your bedroom with a book. Turn on a bedside lamp. Look at the book whilst 'savouring' the drink slowly......
Eventually and calmly drop off to sleep.............
That'll work
Mmmmm.........

You could ask a plumber to unblock the flue, or maybe take a spelling course.

You could try Afrin to each nostril, but use no more than three days. A better idea is the breathe right strips, humidifier, and rest.

If you really have the flu then the blocked nose is the least of your problems. (if you can do anything then you just have a cold)

Pain reliever for fever/pain and decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin. Hot drinks will make you feel better.
I take a little turmeric with hot milk at bedtime.
Good luck!
