you would lost weight initially and your body would probably start eating away at muscle instead of fat if no healthy food was ingested. way too much sodium to consider that a healthy diet and once you started eating normally again you would probably gain the weight all back.....try throwing in some meats or fish, some fresh fruits and veggies.

Sure! And you will get really ill, too!
Ramen Noodles and anything like it are mostly carbs, sodium, fat, and water. You will lose a lot of muscle, but very liitle fat or fluid [ not good ]. Aside from calories, they have little nutritive value.
If you are fully grown, eat
1] two servings of lean protein a day [ three if under 16 for a girl ]
2] two of low fat dairy [ three if under 16 ]
3] three of whole grain bread/cereal/rice/pasta
4] three of veggies, including green leafy veg [ raw or in salad ]
5] two of fruit [ berries and melons most nutritious ]
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
7] avoid all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
8] take a good multivitamin with minerals every day
9] do aerobic exercise for 30 to 45 minutes a day, six days a week to lose weight
10] do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches every day - progress to light weights - muscle burns more calories!

Yes you would lose weight.
But, you are probably more interested in losing fat. If so, you should find a more diverse grouping of foods including fruits and veggies so that you can maintain your health.
Just shoot for gradually lowering the calories you ingest each day until you reach a comfortable level. That will keep you out of the situation where your body will think you are starving it and actually start STORING fat instead of burning it.
