This is a rant, not a question! What exactly is your point? Are you suggesting that the media and the military doing the reporting are now failing to report causalities to somehow benefit President Bush. What facts do you have to support such an assumption?

I have an acquaintance who used to serve in the military in Afghanistan and Jordan and she said that a lot of the news stories regarding the military are like a day old before they hit the press, so you'll probably hear more about it tomorrow.

Why don't you come back tomorrow on 10-6-2007 when 10-5-07 is over?

Nice try at a rant though too bad this is a QUESTIONS and answer board.

If "you" know about it then the government is not hiding it.

Terrorist by what they do are out side any laws so if a terrorist has and is planning to kill Civilians as well as kids you would not do any thing to stop it.

If you say any thing other than I would do what is needed you are lying.

There's no way he can "hide" news of our troops dying. He has, however, seemed to downplay the casualties, and you can also argue that he's all but ignored the casualties, as he's all but ignored Bin Laden now.

If you heard about all of those deaths, how is President Bush hiding them?

I guess the answer is no then.

g-day!

Hey kid, 10-5-07 isn't over yet and even then there won't be an official number for a couple of days. Why are you jumping to conclusions?

Oh wait, that's right, you're a liberal. Never mind.

He can't. I'm certain he'd prefer not to talk about them, but he knows there's no way to hide that completely.

President Bush is not the news media so he cannot hide it if he wanted to.
