Do you really think that there's a god up there who tallies how many prayers he gets per person and holds some kind of lottery to pick the one he'll bend his universe for?
Prayer is a waste of time. You'd be better off using your brain than your knees to find a place. Try some of the articles about the better and worse places to live around the country. Or look to see where the jobs are best.
